Can I change plans later?+
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I exceed my request quota?+
Your API consumers will receive a 402 Payment Required response with an upgrade URL. Your own dashboard access is never affected. You can configure soft limits to allow overages and bill accordingly.
Is there a per-request fee on top of the plan price?+
No. The plan price covers PayFence infrastructure. You set your own pricing for your API consumers and collect 100% of that revenue through Stripe (minus standard Stripe fees).
How does the launch offer work?+
The first 10 customers on paid plans receive 50% off for 6 months. After that, standard pricing applies. No commitment, cancel anytime.
Do you offer annual billing?+
Not yet, but it is on our roadmap. Early adopters on monthly plans will receive the best available rate when annual billing launches.
What payment methods do you accept?+
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. We plan to add invoice-based billing for Scale plan customers.
